Born of necessity

StockResearchDD.com was conceived in mid-2006 by Ian R. Campbell, for thirty-five years one of Canada’s foremost business valuation experts. Mr. Campbell’s biography can be found at www.cvpl.com. It took more than one year to develop this website from idea to reality.

In 2004 Mr. Campbell was researching small-cap mining and oil & gas companies using both free and subscriber-based Internet sites to help manage his investment portfolio. Frustrated with the time it took him to research information he needed to assist him in making intelligent investment decisions, he conceived of StockResearchDD.com, an independent, objective one-stop Web site for investment research.

StockResearchDD.com is 100% subscriber driven, with no additional fees or payments from buy-side or sell-side analysts, or from companies listed on the site. While elements of the Web site are automated, other fields are manually updated and monitored by the StockResearchDD.com team.
